Zambia + Namibia —two 20,000 m² operating centres
The Chambishi operating centre in Zambia covers about 20,000 m², with a 2,000 m² parts warehouse, a 4,000 m² professional repair workshop, offices and staff quarters under 5S standardised management. The Arandis operating centre in Namibia covers another 20,000 m² with a 2,000 m² warehouse, plus two self-built repair workshops, a machining centre and a VMI warehouse at Husab Mine.

Intake & Assessment
Site inspection or component receipt; teardown inspection followed by an overhaul proposal and quotation within 24 hours.
Overhaul Execution
Overhaul performed to Komatsu-standard procedures, with key components inspected item by item and the process documented on camera.
Dyno Acceptance
Engines run on the 3,300 kW dyno for measured power curves; hydraulics bench-tested — the data ships with the unit.
Delivery & Warranty
1-year unlimited-hours warranty on rebuilds; qualifying machines enjoy the super warranty of 12,000 hours / 3 years.

Major-Assembly Stock Control
Engines, pumps and final drives for PC2000-8, HD785-7, D375A-6, QSK78 and other mainstream models held in stock, all batch-documented and traceable — no untraceable loose parts.
In-process Inspection
Key operations inspected to Komatsu standards; engines dyno-tested, hydraulics bench-tested, electronics power-tested — all data on record.
Archive Traceability
An overhaul file for every machine: inspection data, replaced-parts list, dyno curves and photo records — one machine, one traceable file.

Baseline risk assessment; daily JSA / Take 5 by workers; PTO twice a week by foremen; VFL twice a week by supervisors — high-risk work listed in the project safety plan.

A standing safety committee, daily toolbox meetings, safety training every two weeks and a monthly all-staff safety meeting.
Health & Environment
Full PPE, yearly medical checks (Medixx), oil-spill kits and an Environmental Management Plan (EMP), with HSE indicators in the annual review.
