Growth
A Management Team Built Entirely from the Komatsu After-sales System
Eight core managers averaging 20 years each with Komatsu — the general manager, technical directors, both country GMs and the overhaul workshop manager all came up through the Komatsu after-sales front line.
Komatsu Pedigree
Led by GM Zuoxian Zhang (19 years with Komatsu) and technical directors Hongyong Du (21 years) and He Zhou (19 years); the longest Komatsu tenure in the team is 27 years.
Localised Management in Both Countries
Dedicated general managers in each country — Lei Zhu for Zambia and Xinan Xiao for Namibia — with leadership stationed on African project front lines.
Full Departmental Structure
EHS, sales, the overhaul plant, the Luanshya and Northwest Province project departments and a comprehensive department — covering the whole chain from quotation to environmental management.
MES EQUIPMENT LIMITED · Organisation
Two vice general managers under the GM, an independent EHS system, and two operating centres with mine project departments facing the front line — one system backing every contract.
