Responsibilities
- Daily maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of excavators, dozers and other heavy mining equipment on overseas mine sites
- Learn repair procedures and technical standards from senior mentors; quickly master machine principles and common fault handling
- Record operating data and repair logs, report equipment issues, and help the team improve repair plans
- Follow site safety rules; attend safety training and emergency drills to keep every job safe
- Complete repair and rush-repair tasks on schedule to keep mine production running
Requirements
- College degree or above in mechanical manufacturing, mechatronics, NC technology, electronic information or related majors; fresh graduates preferred
- Basic mechanical / electrical repair knowledge; able to read simple machine drawings and electrical schematics; good hands-on skills
- Willing to work long-term on overseas mine sites and adapt to outdoor, demanding conditions under site management
- Basic working English for reading equipment manuals and simple technical communication
- Down-to-earth and responsible, committed to a long-term career in equipment maintenance
Responsibilities
- Join the coordination and follow-up of overseas machinery projects, supporting sales targets and overall project planning
- Work with overseas clients: communicate needs, give feedback, maintain relationships and improve client satisfaction
- Support the team in preparing, executing and reviewing project plans to keep projects on track
- Learn overseas business and sales management skills, growing into an independent project manager
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical majors (mechanical design, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, etc.); fresh graduates preferred
- CET-6 English with basic communication skills for simple business talks and document reading
- Outgoing and articulate, with strong responsibility, stress tolerance and teamwork
- Willing to be stationed overseas long-term (home leave every six months), with a clear career plan toward sales management and project coordination

China Training Base
New hires first complete pre-job training at our China base: Workshop No. 1, Liguo Industrial Park, Kaixuan Road, High-tech Zone, Jining, Shandong. Focused on mining-equipment repair and management solutions since 2012, the base runs procurement, technical support and logistics functions as the talent and supply-chain backbone of MES's Africa operations, teaching machine structure, repair workflow and safety standards. After passing the training, the company arranges visas and travel for dispatch to mine projects in Zambia and Namibia.
