A1 · Component Overhaul
Engines, hydraulic pumps, transmissions, hydraulic motors, final drives, PTOs and axles — overhauled and remanufactured. Both overhaul workshops are equipped with overhead cranes, washing and painting bays and an engine dyno platform; every overhauled unit is bench-tested before despatch.
Our own machining centre handles block repair, crankshaft grinding, machining and line boring, plus design and drafting — difficult assemblies stay in-house, so lead times stay under our control.

A2 · Machine Rebuild
Core component overhaul plus PCR (powertrain component rebuild) brings high-hour machines back to dependable working order — at a fraction of the cost of buying new. Every rebuild carries a 1-year unlimited-hours warranty.
29 units delivered at CGN Husab Uranium Mine since April 2023: 10 in 2023, 12 in 2024 and 7 in 2025.

A3 · On-site & Parts Contracting
An MES team stationed at your mine handles everything: daily checks, maintenance, breakdown repairs, overhaul planning and execution, and monthly fleet reports. A consignment warehouse on site means zero parts inventory for the customer.
You only do two things: ① monitor fleet availability; ② review parts usage to control cost. Everything else maintenance-related is handled by the resident team — higher efficiency, easier management, controllable cost, so you stay focused on your core business.

A4 · Tailored Equipment Outsourcing
Settlement by output: the customer simply operates the machines while the resident team takes care of everything else. Tying both parties' interests to production means faults get fixed immediately — and output is maximised.
You concentrate your energy on production management, operations and decision-making — easier management, tighter cost control, clearer accounting. We apply our specialist strengths under unified management, free of the drag of parts ordering and warehouse paperwork.
