In Swakop Uranium's 2025 yearly SHEQ audit at the CGN Husab Uranium Mine, MES scored 83% — the highest among peer contractors.
Our annual safety targets are zero high-potential incidents (HPI), zero lost-time injuries (LTI) and fewer than 3 combined MTC, FAC and RWC cases. On site we run daily JSA / Take 5 by workers, PTO twice a week by foremen, VFL twice a week by supervisors, daily toolbox meetings, safety training every two weeks and a monthly all-staff safety meeting.
For health and the environment, all staff receive full PPE and yearly medical checks (Medixx), with oil-spill kits on site and an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) in force.
